Sleep Disorders Center of Virginia welcomed its newest physician in July, 2007.  Dr. Iqbal obtained his M.D. from St. George’s University in Granada.  He was Chief Fellow in Sleep Medicine in 2006 at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his Sleep Medicine Fellowship in 2007.  Dr. Iqbal is board-certified in Internal Medicine (American Board of Internal Medicine).
