The Sleep Center provides Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance to full time employees.  Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides funds in the event of a fatal accident or an accident that results in the loss of a limb or eyesight. AD&D insurance is automatically included with our life insurance at no additional cost to the employee.
