Insomnia Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a relatively simple, short-term treatment shown to be as effective as medication for insomnia.  CBT uses counseling to help you change actions or thoughts that hurt your ability to sleep well.  It also helps you develop habits that promote a healthy sleep pattern.  For more information, contact Diane Versfelt at (804) 285-8500.
