Contest Rules:

 

1)  $20.00 entry fee must be paid by Monday, September 8, 2008 to Jennifer Chenault-Walker.  If the fee is not paid, you cannot participate.  Cash only please.

2)  First weigh in is Monday, September 8, 2008.  The first weigh in must measured on an SDC scale, and be witnessed by another person.  Report your weight to Robyn Jones-Nuckols.

3)  Subsequent weigh ins are every Monday.  Only the first and last need to be witnessed.  Report your weight each Monday to Robyn Jones-Nuckols.  An e-mail stating your weight loss percentage will be sent to everyone participating in the contest, however, your actual weight will not be reported.

4)  Final weigh in is Monday, November 3, 2008.  This weight must be measured on an SDC scale and witnessed by another person.  Report your weight to RJN.

5)  The winner will be announced Tuesday, November 4, 2008.  One person will win the entire pot.  The winner is the individual with the highest weight loss percentage, NOT necessarily the highest number of pounds lost.

6)  No quickie weight loss schemes (all-liquid diets, starvation, diet pills, etc.)  Weight should be lost by eating right and exercising.
