From Interstate 295, north or south, take the Meadowbridge Road exit. Continue on Meadowbridge Road passing Memorial Regional Medical Center on your right. Meadowbridge Health and Wellness Center is immediately past the hospital on the left. After entering Center the office is located on the right.
